Our skilled welders are highly experienced and can accommodate for any changes or modifications from the original prototype or with the help of the automated robotic welding.
These processes are supported by a range of MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), stud and spot-welding machines appropriate for a diverse collection of welding applications.

We have fully equipped MIG and TIG welding bays for the expert welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components. We manufacture our own changes and fixtures to assist with keeping our welding process accurate, high-quality, and quick. At our Hallam factory, our welders can conduct all sorts of welding solution on many different metal materials.

Known for its reliability, repeatability, and efficiency, we use the Fronius MagicWave 230i for our welding orders.

The Fronius MagicWave 230i seamlessly removes any burning scars from stainless steel after the welding operation. Not only is it more environmentally friendly than the old-fashioned pickling acid, it is also much faster and much safer. The Fronius Magic Cleaner can also electrochemically print your graphics and your company logo directly onto the metal.
