How do I request a quote? +
Contact us through our website or call us directly. Provide a hand sketch, CAD drawing, or detailed explanation of the parts via email. We don't encourage over-the-phone explanation. Once we receive your email, we assess the project and provide a detailed quote.
What file formats do you accept? +
For accurate quoting and production: .STP files, DXF flat patterns for all folded parts, and PDF files for folding and welding work. If no files are available, we can create the necessary drafting in-house for an additional charge.
What are your standard lead times? +
CNC Laser cutting only: 3–4 days. Laser cutting and folding: 7–10 days. Laser cutting, folding, and welding: 3–4 weeks. Including external processes like galvanizing or powder coating: 6–7 weeks. Rush jobs available on request.
How is delivery handled? +
We carefully package each item and use reliable shipping partners. You'll receive tracking information once your product is shipped. We service Melbourne, Dandenong, and nationwide.
